Chazz Lewis’s mission in life is to enjoy the process of becoming the best version of himself and help others do the same. He goes by “Mr. Chazz” to his massive online following, and to his many students and fellow teachers, leaders, and human beings. Having stepped into the classroom in the early days, largely because he needed a job, he discovered a passion for inspiring and understanding and igniting curiosity and possibility in kids.
He completed a master’s degree in executive leadership at American University and spent years using his own classrooms as living laboratories, developing a more conscious, informed, joyful and dignity-driven and inspired approach to learning, leading, and elevating others. His philosophy began to find relevance far beyond the classroom and has found a home everywhere from parenting to education, personal development, and organizational leadership.
Mr. Chazz’s mission is to help adults truly See, Guide and Trust children. He is pushing the needle a little closer toward world peace with his approach. He is a consultant, Teacher coach, Parent coach, Conscious Discipline practitioner, Podcaster, Content Creator, Teacher, and Head of Education in Brooklyn, NY.
Kristy Fuller is a nationally recognized neonatal occupational therapist with a passion for promoting zero separation between babies and their families. With advanced training in trauma-informed care, Kristy specializes in early eating experiences and developmentally supportive practices that ease the transition from the NICU to home. Her work centers on fostering regulation, safety, and joyful connection from the earliest moments of life.
Kristy is a Certified Neonatal Therapist, Certified Lactation Counselor, and holds certifications in NIDCAP, Prechtl’s General Movement Assessment, and Neurodevelopmental Treatment (NDT). Kristy has created online education programs, co-authored numerous publications, mentored developmental care teams, and contributed to research projects focused on improving outcomes for preterm babies. As co-developer of the Developmental Participation Skills (DPS) assessment, Kristy brings a collaborative, family-centered lens to every aspect of care—equipping professionals to create sustainable, relational transitions that support long-term infant and family well-being.

Tara DeWolfe is a pediatric physical therapist with expertise in developmental care, trauma-informed practice, and early intervention. Her clinical focus includes supporting infants and families during the vulnerable transition from the NICU to home, with an emphasis on regulation, relational health, and participation in daily routines. Tara is passionate about empowering caregivers and professionals to create nurturing environments where babies thrive.
She is a Certified Neonatal Therapist, Certified Lactation Counselor, and holds certifications in NIDCAP, Prechtl’s General Movement Assessment, and the NANN Developmental Care Specialist designation. Tara has authored educational content and contributed to research focused on family-centered neonatal care. As co-developer of the Developmental Participation Skills (DPS) assessment, she is dedicated to bridging gaps between hospital and home by promoting individualized, responsive care that lasts well beyond discharge.
The mother of seven, Tara and her husband, Ben live in Central Illinois.
Anne Buckley-Reen, OTR, RYT has been a practicing pediatric therapist for 30+ years and a pioneer in the use of yoga as a therapeutic modality for the past 16 years. Her work with yoga has been researched, published and cited in numerous journal articles and is the foundation for a researched preparatory program widely used in NYC schools - special needs classrooms. Anne brings a wealth of treatment options to pediatric therapy through yoga and continues to expand her knowledge and sharing through her dynamic yoga trainings.

Alyssa LaForme Fiss is a licensed physical therapist and Board-Certified Pediatrics Clinical Specialist. Dr. Fiss has practiced across various pediatric clinical settings including early intervention, school-based, outpatient, and home health settings. She is an International Collaborator of the CanChild Centre for Childhood Disability Research, participating in research collaborations to advance pediatric disability research. She served as a co-investigator on the international, multi-site, On Track research study, examining developmental trajectories for primary and secondary impairments, health conditions, performance of self-care, and participation for children with cerebral palsy.
Dr Fiss is Professor and Associate Dean of Academic Programs and Student Success in the College of Health Sciences at Texas Woman’s University. Her current research interests include examining interventions to support adaptive behavior in children with disabilities as well as examining strategies to promote motor development for children with Down syndrome. She has published widely and has presented her research at the regional, national, and international level. Dr Fiss is also the co-editor of the pediatric physical therapy textbook, "Meeting the Physical Therapy Needs of Children."
Mallory Roberts is a Speech Pathologist who has special interests in infant reflux, infant oral development and bottle feeding. She is trained in myo-functional therapy, craniosacral therapy, and infant massage. She has. Recognizing the lack of support during her own babies’ feeding journeys, she created The Feeding Mom. It is here that she empowers parents through their feeding journeys locally and around the world. Her philosophy is: every parent deserves to love feeding their baby.
Eileen Richter, MPH, OTR/L, FAOTA has over 30 years’ experience working with a variety of disability groups in public schools, hospitals, and private practice. She has her Master of Public Health degree in Maternal & Child Health, is NDT certified, and has published a number of books.
Ms. Richter has lectured extensively throughout the US, Asia, and Europe on topics related to sensory-motor dysfunction in children. She is a Fellow of the AOTA and has directed Avanti-Camp, an intensive sensory integration camp using an advanced treatment model. Ms. Richter continues to support the development of the camp and other treatment models while designing and developing therapeutic equipment.
Amanda Hall, PT, MPT, PCS, began teaching clinical education with serial therapeutic casting courses, and has since developed additional coursework based on an integrative approach to treatment for patients with pediatric and neurological health conditions. Her clinical practice is at the Rehabilitation and Specialized Care of Children’s National Hospital (formerly the HSC Pediatric Center) in Washington, DC, where she specializes in treating “outliers” and patients with complex presentations. Her framework is grounded in PNF principles, therapeutic alliance, neuroplasticity, manual therapy, therapeutic gait, and developmental kinesioplasticity. Her framework has a strong focus in patient-centered treatment and adaptive design. As a result, she has received international media attention as the “Madcaster.” Notable presentations include the Combined Sections Meeting of the American Physical Therapy Association, the APTA Pediatrics Annual Conference, and at the National Institutes of Health. She graduated with her Master of Physical Therapy from the University of Washington in 2001 and received her Board-Certification as a Pediatric Clinical Specialist in 2010.

Teresa A. May-Benson, Sc.D., OTR/L, FAOTA, Owner/President of TMB Education and OTR, Inc. and past Executive Director of the SPIRAL Foundation is a well-known lecturer and researcher on sensory integration theory and intervention. She has authored numerous book chapters and articles on praxis and sensory integration, and completed her doctoral dissertation on ideational praxis. Dr. May-Benson has a diverse background as a clinical practitioner having worked in private and public school settings as well as private practice. She has been active in conducting research related to sensory integration through the non-profit Spiral Foundation’s Sensory Processing Research Center for over 25 years. She has collaborated with well-known researchers such as Dr. Diane Parham, Dr. Shelly Lane, Dr. Zoe Mailloux, Dr. Sarah Schoen, Dr. Susanne Smith Roley, Dr. Anita Bundy and Dr. Roseann Schaaf through the Sensory Integration Research Collaborative. In her role of educator, she serves as adjunct faculty at Widener University and has been adjunct and part-time faculty at the University of Indianapolis and Tufts University. She has a special interest in, and extensive experience with autism, particularly older students and adults. Dr. May-Benson received her bachelor’s degree from Ohio State University and her master’s degree from Boston University with a concentration in sensory integration and school system therapy. She was a Maternal and Child Health Fellow in the Doctoral Program in Therapeutic Studies at Boston University. She has received the Virginia Scardinia Award of Excellence from AOTA for her work in ideational praxis. The Alice Bachman Clinician Award from Pediatric Therapy Network and the Catherine Trombley Award from the Massachusetts Association of Occupational Therapists for her work as a research, clinician and instructor. She is a fellow of the American Occupational Therapy Association.
Dr. Aymen Balıkçı, PT, PhD is a distinguished physiotherapist and neuroscientist who holds a PhD in Physiology and has specialized expertise in sensory integration, neurodevelopmental treatment (NDT/Bobath), DIR/Floortime, and pediatric physiotherapy. Dr. Balıkçı is the founder of Sense ON, a center focused on sensory integration therapies and serves as the head of the Sensory Integration Association Turkey.
With a strong academic and clinical background, he has contributed to numerous peer-reviewed publications exploring sensory-motor development, neonatal tactile stimulation, and the innovative HEP® (Homeostasis-Enrichment-Plasticity) approach for infants with developmental risks. He is also the General Coordinator of the Pediatric Therapy Center in Istanbul.
Dr. Balıkçı’s work bridges neuroscience and therapeutic practice, aiming to enhance developmental outcomes for children through evidence-based interventions and sensory-informed care.

Shelley L. Velleman has a Linguistics doctorate in Child Phonology and a masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology. She taught Communication Sciences and Disorders at the undergraduate and graduate level from 1984 - 2023. She also held full-time clinical hospital positions in pediatric speech-language pathology for six years. Dr. Velleman is currently Professor Emerita of Communication Sciences and Disorders at the University of Vermont. Her teaching, research, and clinical work focus on typical and atypical speech development. She has researched prelinguistic vocalizations, early words, and the early speech development of children learning a variety of languages and dialects.
She currently specializes in pediatric motor speech disorders, especially childhood apraxia of speech, including the speech of children with neurodevelopmental syndromes, most notably duplication 7q11.23 syndrome and Williams syndrome, as well as autism and Down syndrome. She has authored many articles and book chapters and three books on these topics. She has presented peer-reviewed papers at scientific conferences and invited clinical workshops around the United States and the world.
Dr. Velleman is an ASHA Fellow and a Distinguished Scholar and Fellow of the National Academies of Practice. She has been a member of the Apraxia-Kids Professional Advisory Council since 2000. Dr. Velleman has mentored more than 20 doctoral students since 2000, including serving as an external examiner on doctoral committees outside her own institution, as distant as Australia and Hong Kong.
Jodee Fortner PT, C/NDT is a pediatric Neuro-Developmental Treatment (NDT) instructor with 26 years of pediatric clinical experience in the states and overseas. She specializes in the treatment of children with neuromuscular impairments as well as early intervention for children of all needs. Additionally, she has specific training in orthotics and serial casting including the Ponseti method for the treatment of club foot. Her international experience gives her cultural competency and the ability to teach in a variety of settings, including being fluent in Spanish and providing courses in Spanish. The dedication to her work combined with gentle instruction provides the knowledge base and practical strategies any therapist can apply to their client population.
Dr. Chu serves as an attending physician in Pediatric Gastroenterology at Texas Children’s Hospital and is Associate Professor of Pediatrics at Baylor College of Medicine. He believes that building strong partnerships with families and care providers is crucial to fully leveraging the resources of health systems to care for children with chronic feeding disorders and other complex medical issues. Together with Anais Villaluna, he serves as co-director for the Multidisciplinary Feeding Clinic at Texas Children's Hospital The Woodlands, a collaborative initiative involving Speech Language Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Gastroenterology, and Nutrition to provide outpatient evaluation and management for children with chronic feeding difficulties.
He also serves as co-director for the Multidisciplinary Abdominal Pain Program (MAPP) at Texas Children’s Hospital, which provides evaluation and management for children with disorders of gut-brain interaction (DGBIs, also known as functional abdominal disorders). Dr. Chu has been recognized by Baylor College of Medicine and Texas Children's Hospital with some of their highest clinical recognitions for his clinical care, including the Department of Pediatrics Chair's Outstanding Clinician Award and the Ambulatory Practitioner Award for Excellence in Patient Experience.
Anais Villaluna, SLPD, CCC-SLP, BCS-S, CLC is a trilingual Speech-Language Pathologist and Board Certified Specialist in Swallowing and Swallowing Disorders. She earned her Bachelor of Science (2006) and Master of Science (2008) degrees from Texas Woman’s University and completed her clinical doctorate (SLPD, 2025) at Northwestern University. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Health Services Research at Texas A&M University, focusing on improving the implementation of evidence-based care for pediatric dysphagia.
Anais practices in a variety of pediatric hospital settings, including pediatric hospital inpatient units, outpatient clinics, and multidisciplinary specialty clinics with gastroenterology and otolaryngology teams. Her clinical work is centered on medically complex infants and children with feeding and swallowing disorders, and she is passionate about translating evidence into practice to improve care quality and outcomes.
She has presented nationally and virtually on topics related to pediatric dysphagia, culturally responsive practice, and implementation science, and is a published author in peer-reviewed journals. Anais also holds leadership roles with organizations such as the International Dysphagia Diet Standardisation Initiative (IDDSI) and Feeding Matters. Her work emphasizes interdisciplinary collaboration, clinician education, and ethical, system-level change to advance pediatric dysphagia care.
