2025 Birth to Three Conference

ERI is thrilled to launch our 2nd Annual Conference specifically for the birth to three therapist and provider community. For 2025, you can expect another excellent program of content tailored to the needs of B-3 providers from inpatient, outpatient, clinic, home-based and community settings.

In this live webinar conference, the onscreen learning experience fosters connection between attendees and instructors through multiple interactive opportunities to ask and answer questions, gain deeper understanding and respond & react alongside fellow participants to both common experiences and the new “aha” moments that arise from group learning. Lively presentations, small group discussions, and practical demonstrations create a comprehensive learning experience. Participants log off with a wealth of information, ideas and strategies that they can bring to work in their next therapy session. Think of the infants, children and families who will benefit from the knowledge, skill and techniques you’ll learn!

We’re fired up about the newest research and evidence-based practice around these topics to be presented:

  • TOTs (Tethered Oral Tissue) and OMDs (Orofacial Myofunctional Disorders) – finesse your evaluation and intervention techniques for infants struggling with airway, sleep and feeding challenges in Lori Overland’s two sessions on tethered oral tissue.
  • Toe Walking – examine the orthopedic consequences on postural control and ambulation. See how to modify “regular” shoes and adjust pre-fabricated orthoses for young children.
  • GERD – explore the relationship between gastroesophageal reflux and breathing, feeding, chronic constipation, torticollis and more.
  • Determine effective interventions for infants and children with neuromuscular conditions to improve respiratory coordination, swallowing, and postural alignment.
  • Learn the impacts and provide interventions for NICU graduates with co-morbidities of prematurity including bronchopulmonary dysplasia, necrotizing enterocolitis, and interventricular hemorrhage and for term infants with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE), neonatal abstinence syndrome (NAS), and neonatal opioid withdrawal syndrome (NOWS).
  • Formulate treatment strategies for pediatric feeding and swallowing impairments related to thoracic cage alignment, mobility and musculature activity in the presence of neuromotor system challenges.
  • Improve assessment and treatment for  children with neurological disorders using clinical exam findings related to tone, range of motion, spasticity, and strength.

Choose the track that best suit your needs and secure your spot today—we look forward to learning with you!
