ERI is happy to share news of a new fund set up to honor the life and work of Cindy Miles, PT, PhD, PCS. Established in 2023 by her family and friends, the Cindy Miles Adaptive Fund provides grants to local organizations that promote active inclusion for children and families of all abilities.
For nearly 20 years, Cindy was an engaging instructor at ERI, energetically presenting the latest research to improve evaluation and treatment skills for Torticollis and Plagiocephaly among her course participants. She is missed in the physical therapy community.
Cindy’s positive impact on the lives of children and families was immense. Whether you took one of Cindy’s ERI courses or had the chance to meet her, you would probably agree that Cindy’s dedication to supporting children and families was inspirational and her positive attitude was infectious.
Her family and friends are honoring Cindy by building an inclusive playground in Whitehall, PA, where Cindy practiced for 30 years. If you’d like to learn more and support this initiative, please follow CMAF on Facebook
ERI is happy to continue her vision of fun and fitness for all abilities by supporting the Cindy Miles Adaptive Fund.
