Kelly Mahler, MS, OTR/L, who presented the keynote speech to a packed room at the 2019 Therapies in the School Conference, is teaming up with ERI to offer her engaging course “Interoception, the Eighth Sense: Practical Solutions for Promoting Self-Regulation, Positive Behavior, Language Development and Social Participation.” Kelly’s course received high-praise from therapists and we’re pleased to offer her course in New Jersey on December 3-4, and in Baltimore, MD in February 2020.
The course will teach participants how to increase the effectiveness of their treatments and help improve clients’ functioning in self-regulation, language development, positive behavior, and social participation. Kelly will also highlight key strategies from her book “The Interoception Curriculum,” a step-by-step framework for improving interoception. She will teach participants how to adapt strategies to effectively meet a variety of client needs and improve client outcomes.
